Tom Fletcher

Tom Fletcher homesteaded in the Peace River region and worked as a refinery operator before attending Langara College to study journalism in 1982. He worked as a reporter and editor in Kelowna, Surrey and Maple Ridge before moving to Victoria as B.C. Legislature reporter and columnist for 17 years. Retired from full-time reporting, he is working on his golf game and is a freelance contributor to Western Standard and Northern Beat, a web publication serving northern B.C.
